Nickel 200 Machinability

Economically pure Nickel 200 is delicate and “sticky” to machine. In any case Nickel 200 can be machined with standard tooling. High speed steels tools work superior to anything carbide tooling and it is very important to keep up a high positive rake angle on cutting tools.
