ZERON 100
requires a slightly more careful in machining than the 300 series austenitic. If heavy or uneven machining to tight tolerances is to be completed on wrought ZERON 100 components, machining should be done in stages. If all else fails, a stress relieving heat treatment can be enforced, however, this can result in a reduction of toughness and corrosion resistance.
